Burbank, WA, Saturday, December 7, 2013, 3:00-5:00 PM: The Friends of the Burbank Community Library invite all community members and patrons to their annual auction held on Saturday, December 7^th from 3:00-5:00 PM at the Burbank Library.  The afternoon will include a potluck, entertainment, door prizes, silent auction and raffles.  Auction items include Holiday items, baked goods, and much more.  The Library supports student learning through Early Literacy Storytimes for Babies and Preschoolers, Homework Zone for Elementary and Middle School students and a Summer Reading Program with weekly events that enrolled over 200 student participants this summer. The Friends of the Burbank Library provides volunteers, materials, prizes and more to support these events and programs. For more information contact the Burbank Library at 545-6549. The Burbank Library is located at 875 Lake Road in Burbank Heights off of Highway 124.
